Introduction –
This report will explain how the Ferocious Sun reports work. The reports always begin with an introduction like this which is a brief explanation of what the report is about. The next item is a Contents table.
The first item in a report Contents table is always a solution or strategy you can follow in order to fulfill the goal of the report. We strive to make this part of the report as nerd-free as possible, but we are not always successful, so other items which follow in the Contents table have the stuff you can dive into in order to gain a better understanding.
We try to make the solution/strategy part of the report all that you need when you head out to acquire the technology the report is about. That being said, we also realize that we may discuss things in this section, or use some terms, that our target audience is not familiar with. So, we encourage everyone to read the rest of the report a least once for a fuller explanation. And there are times when the technical aspects of the report involve so much information that the solution/strategy part of the report would be much too large and difficult to read; in those instances we try to break up the information into smaller, more readable and more comprehensible extra item sections.
If you would like to have a hard copy of the Strategy/Solution, you will see a printer icon after the last paragraph of this section, just below the bottom border line. As long as you are using an updated web browser, clicking on that icon will bring up just this section of the report in a print preview you can print, make notes on, and take with you.

- In the upper, right-hand corner of the window you will see an icon with a crescent moon and a dotted ring. This is the “Dark/Light Mode” button, which will reverse the colors of the text and the background. You can switch to the color scheme you find most comfortable for reading the reports.
- You will see an up arrow appear in the lower, right-hand corner of the browser window (in Light mode it will be inside a yellow circle). This is the “Go to Top” button; it appears on every page at Ferocious Sun, and clicking on it quickly scrolls you to the top of the page.
